Only afterward they can establish profiles for the companies they legally represent, a process verified by <a href=\"https:\/\/confecamaras.org.co\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Confec\u00e1maras<\/a> (the Colombian Confederation of Chambers of Commerce). Within a company, roles are assigned by the legal representative, who can also define relationships with third-party companies involved in activities supervised by <a href=\"https:\/\/veraqueconsulting.com\/co\/guides\/ultimate-guide-for-regulatory-affairs-in-colombia\/#framework\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">INVIMA\u00a0.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>An important feature of Invim\u00c1gil is its ability to process a diverse range of operations. Transactions can be completed automatically within one day or semi-automatically <strong>within 15 to 30 days<\/strong>, depending on whether prior analysis or regulatory review is required. The platform offers real-time services, allowing users to monitor progress and track assignments throughout the entire procedural lifecycle.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It is important to note that the implementation of <a href=\"https:\/\/mesagil.invima.gov.co\/conoce-mas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Invim\u00c1gil<\/a> is being carried out gradually. The registration process for users and companies in the food and beverage sector is already open, with cosmetics and household hygiene products to follow. <strong>The registration process for medical devices is expected to become available later in the first semester <\/strong>\u00a0<strong>of 2025<\/strong>, while the registration for pharmaceuticals will be accessible starting in the second semester.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Conclusions<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The implementation of Invim\u00c1gil represents a step toward modernizing the regulatory processes in Colombia, offering companies the chance to apply for a variety of documents fully online.
